    Ofili’s achievement comes after she was denied participation in the 100 meters race due to administrative errors by the Athletics Federation of Nigeria and the Nigerian Olympic Committee.


    She expressed her frustration on social media, calling for accountability.

    In response, Sports Minister John Owan Enoh announced an investigation into Ofili’s exclusion from the 100m event.

    He later noted that other countries have faced similar circumstances, highlighting the need for improved administrative processes to support athletes.
