Breaking: Supreme Court upholds Tinubu’s election

The Supreme Court has uphold the election of president Bola Tinubu.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, had filled an appeal to challenge the victory of Tinubu.

Justice Okoro reading the lead judgment, ruled against the appellants on all issues raised.

The Apex dismissed all the issues raised by Aitku and PDP while upholding the ruling of the Appeal Court which confirmed the election of the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
