promising and energetic Nigerian soldier has been killed in a recent
attack by suspected Boko Haram fighters in the north-eastern part of
Nigeria.

A social media user named Abubakar Mohammed Kareto has shared the
photo of a young Nigerian soldier who lost his life during a terrorist
invasion of his military unit in Damaturu, Yobe State.
"Another young lieutenant of Nigerian Army has been killed by Boko Haram insurgents in Tarmuwa LGA of Yobe State yesterday." he posted.
The bad news has elicited sympathetic reactions from social media users as seen below:
