Wanted Nigerian billionaire businessman Kola Aluko, 48, is back in news after he put up a luxurious Manhattan penthouse - Apartment 79 in the One57 building, that he bought in 2014 for sale at $39.9million. This is 11 million dollars less than the $51.9million he originally purchased it for.
The 6,240 square foot apartment is described as a four bed, four-and-a-half bathroom penthouse with stunning views of Central Park, the Hudson and East rivers, the Empire State building and the Statue of Liberty.
According to reports, the seller is apparently anxious to get rid of the property - as it is listed by a 'motivated deller'. It was supposed to have be sold at a foreclosure auction in July, but the sale fell through for an unknown reason.
The apartment is described as a 'once in a lifetime investment opportunity'. See more photos below.
