See Dressing of a Policeman on Duty With Gun in Rivers That Got People Talking

Residents of a local community in Rivers State apparently mistook a police officer for an armed robber as he paraded the street in a native white dress.

According to Olubunmi, a police officer on duty in Rivers State was spotted dressed in casuals while on duty.

 

He wrote:

'A Nigerian Police (SARS) need total reform if officer on duty in Port Harcourt can dressed like this with a Gun. Is this proper? Does he not look more like a kidnapper and Armed Robber?'.

 

 

The issue has become a hot debate on social media with majority of netizens calling the attention of the Nigeria Police Force to such unprofessional conduct  that could impede on the smooth delivery of their statutory services to the people.
