Akwa Ibom State’s first civilian First Lady, Imo Isemin, has passed on 8 years after her husband Mr. Isemin died, 16 years after leaving office as first civilian governor of Akwa Ibom State due to the military coup in Nigeria that brought Gen. Sani Abacha into power.
She reportedly died on Wednesday in an undisclosed hospital in Uyo, where she was taken to after suddenly falling ill on Tuesday
