Here’s an update on the case of Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, who was arrested for an alleged Identity and credit card fraud some months back!
Recall, we reported that his case court hearing was to be today, August 1st, but the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System on the Felony case indicates that his arraignment hearing has now been scheduled for August 17, 2017.
The HKN signed act, will now appear in court at 9:15am on August 17 at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La O as the judge.
According to online reports, In felony cases, after the arraignment, if the case does not settle or get dismissed the judge holds a preliminary hearing.
At this hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence that the defendant committed the crime to make the defendant have to appear for a trial.
