Heartbreaking pictures of bloodied elderly couple crumpled in each others' arms after Barcelona terror attack

It's so sad what's going on in the world right now. Tourists who want to see the world and have fun are no longer safe as terrorists have now taken to popular tourist spots to carry out their evil attacks. Sadly, an elderly couple was caught in yesterday's attack.
A heartrending photo of the elderly couple mowed down by a rented van driven by a terrorist as they were strolling has emerged. It shows them lying bloodied and crumpled at the scene of the chaos, their shopping bags scattered around them as people fought to help them.

The couple fell together and stayed curled, facing each other and touching. People crouching around them offered comfort as the wounded woman reaches up to take one's arm. The man was in far worse condition and It is not believed that he survived.
The death toll from the atrocity on Thursday has now gone up to 14 with more than 100 injured.
