  • "5 Million Naira Saga, I never asked Pastor Paul Adefarasin for money, I only asked for us to meet. - Pastor Constance Friday Elias opens up"

  • Pastor Constance Friday who is a teacher, a preacher, a mentor and role model to youths, a writer, a poet, a rhyme lyricist, an artist, a human resource manager, a public relations expert, a motivational speaker, and a humanitarian (rights activist) recently had an encounter with House On The Rock Church, Metropolitan Senior Pastor, Paul Adefarasin and Pastor Constance is using this medium to clear up the air about the situation at present which explains his own side of the story.

Pastor Constance Elias who so many people have been calling all sorts of names and spreading all kinds of false rumours like he's a thief, a scammer and a cadger who's seeking to reap from where he did not sow and it's quite funny because he has been part of House On The Rock Church, right from The Word House in Hotel Presidential, Independence Layout Enugu with Pastor Edwin Biayeibo and also he has been with House On The Rock of Lagos metropolis from their days at the Muson center Onikan, to Eko Hotel up until they finally moved to the Rock Cathedral Lekki in 2013.

The drama began on Wednesday 1st June 2016, during the regular midweek service  when Pastor Constance stood up and asked Pastor Paul Adefarasin a question concerning evangelism and follow up, based on a comment he made while preaching. Pastor Paul gave an ambiguous answer and Pastor Constance, sought to for more clarifications, he requested to meet with Pastor Paul exclusively and he also had some revelations which he wanted to communicate to him all the same. but he was denied access.

On Sunday August 28 which coincidentally was his spouse's birthday, he went with his family to House On The Rock Cathedral for communion service. When it was testimony time he rose up to give a testimony. When it was his turn to testify Pastor Goke Coker, refused to give him the microphone, thus deliberately creating a scene on the stage during that well attended service.

Security came and dragged Pastor Constance off the stage into a private garage off the view of passers by. There Pastor Constance was questioned, pictures of him were taken and he was threatened. He gave clear explanations of what his intents were, he only wanted to testify but yet the kind of threats he got were enough to make him scurry to the police for an undertaken.

Speaking, "One of the Adefarasin's guys clearly threatened. . . We will start packing and cleaning your blood here . . ." "but these are my fellow Church members" i thought. Said Pastor Constance

The same fellow who threatened aimed a vicious blow at his head, with the obvious intent of either fracturing his skull, causing a hemorrhage or rendering him unconscious but thank God Pastor Constance was able to withstand the impact; but he had severe headaches for up to 2 weeks and all he wanted to do was to have a word or two with Pastor Paul. Is that too much to ask for?

Speaking further, " I have sent several emails to Pastor Paul, but got no replies.
I have hard copies of the emails i sent, there's no where you'll find the words "cash or money" how much more 5 Million naira.
So in conclusion. i think the general public shouldn't often rush into believing and drawing shallow conclusions from every rumour they hear. I still see Pastor Paul Adefarasin as a role model, and i have no bitterness, anger, grudge, or malice over the issue.
