Local vigilante nab man allegedly raping a minor in Rigasa, Kaduna state (photos)

Local vigilantes nabbed the young man (pictured) while he was allegedly raping a minor last night at Makarfi Road, Rigasa, Kaduna State. No word on whether he has been turned into the authorities.
