Pop duo P-Square had a reason to go to church in 2015 after escaping a car crash along Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Nollywood stars RMD and Bukky Wright, musicians including Niyola, Terry G, and Jahbless have also survived car accidents in the past, but a few of their colleagues have not been fortunate.

1. Chris Jeyibo
The Koga Studios owner dead in a car accident after his white Range Rover SUV rammed into a parked truck in the early hours of Friday, October 7 along Magodo road, Lagos.
The media expert was on his way home when the tragic incident happened.
2. Dagrin
The Nigerian rapper died at 6p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2010, exactly eight days after he was involved in a ghastly motor accident in front of Alakara Police Station, off Agege Motor Road, Mushin, Lagos.
3. CD John
The Nigerian entertainment industry suffered a painful loss when fast-rising comedian, Chijioke John, better known as CD John, was pronounced dead on March 24, 2011.
He passed on at St. Nicholas Hospital, Lagos after a fatal car crash while returning from Harrysong‘s debut album listening party in a convoy of three cars, including a car of the Gulder Ultimate Search Season 7 winner Kunle Oluwaremi.
4. Alasari
Yoruba actor, Ahmed Ishola Durojaiye, popularly known as Alasari, died on March 20, 2011 at Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abeokuta, where he was been treated following a ghastly accident he was involved in along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.
Five years later, one of the late actor’s widows, Adeola also passed on after a motor accident on Friday, April 22, 2016.
5. MC Loph
The singer who became more popular for his hit remix of Late Osita Osadebe’s ‘Osondi Owendi’, was said to be driving down to the East, along the Benin-Ore road when his car crashed on Wednesday, September 14, 2011.
Loph was in the company of his sister and fiancée, who was supposed to become his bride just a few days later. His bride-to-be survived the accident while his only sibling died.
