Girl Who Was Abducted And Converted To Islam In Bauchi Reunites With Her Family. (Photos)

A 13-year-old teenage girl, Alheri Grace Bawa who was abducted and converted to Islam in Bauchi State has been reunited with her family. According to her father, Elder Bawa Buba, Grace was abducted by her uncle, Mallam Dauda Bawa, who is a Muslim, after she went to spend a weekend with him.

When Elder Bawa contacted Dauda, he was told to forget seeing his daughter ever again, that Grace had been converted to Islam.

But now, Grace has regained her freedom and returned to her family yesterday by the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police, Baba Tijanni. Her abductor, Mallam Dauda Bawa , has since being arrested.
