Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were seen this morning violently dragging a bus driver (who refused to be dragged) right in the middle of the road at 7up motorways, Oregun in Ikeja area of Lagos. The cause of the "clash" was not revealed.. See more pics.
