Today, the wife of the senate president, Mrs Toyin Saraki represented Nigeria's First Lady -Mrs Aisha Buhari at the launch of the every breath counts campaign, which took place at the General Assembly of the Organization of African First Ladies against HIV/AIDS (OAFLA), Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
