The Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase and other delegates during an opening ceremony of a five day training programme on Anti Kidnap, organised by British High Commission and Swiss on 1st February, 2016 at the Force Headquarters Abuja. The programmed is aimed at making remarks on ways to curb the menaces of Kidnap in Nigeria.
