Governor Nasir El-Rufai on Tuesday hosted a team from the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) led by Executive Director, Dr. David Harland. Part of the HD delegation, was Mrs. Khadijah Hawaja Gambo –a Commissioner in the recently constituted Judicial Commission of Inquiry set up to look into the Zaria clashes.
