Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike was cheered by a joyous crowd on the streets of Port Harcourt, Obio/Akpor and Ikwerre Local Government Areas during his regular project inspections. The governor said that the celebrations by the people represent the overwhelming mandate freely given to him by the people of the state as he promised to deliver on his covenant with the people by their appreciation of his good works.
