Malam Nasir el-Rufai was at Constitution road Primary School for on-site inspection of the school's land... The Kaduna state governor was also at Rimi College, Kaduna to inspect the level of encroachment on the school's land. The chairman of the College's Old Boys Association Nasir Umar Hassan, the National PRO Saminu Ibn Dauda and the College's Principal, Mr. John Kaffoi were present during the inspection.
