Ms Sahhara, Nigerian transgender finally has her manhood removed (See photos)

If you've never heard of Ms Sahhara, She is a Nigerian transgender (someone who turns him or herself into another gender). Sahhara while in Nigeria was a man, but he felt that God would have made him a woman because he felt more like a man trapped in a woman's body. He travelled out of Nigeria and got doctors to make him a woman through surgical operations. After the surgery, her penis used to be obvious whenever she wore a tight cloth or bikini. But from these new photos she shared on Facebook‎ page, it seems the penis has now been removed. It's called 'sex reassignment' See more photos below...
