Sheer stupidity and foolishness in play.... A hot pot restaurant in Shenyang, China has become a viral phenomenon in China, not for its food, but rather for an outrageous public ceremony that saw the staff kneeling before senior management to express gratitude for being hired.



According to reports, the employees reportedly took turns to kneel in a line and kowtow to the 13 managers before them, chanting “Thank the chief manager for offering me the job.” Surrounding the employees on bended knees were their colleagues, some of whom were holding flags and banners. The ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, was filmed by a photographer at close range.
