This is the picture which has got the internet buzzing since today. A twitter user who posted the photo online said that the car was seen in the Abuja. The Jeep had a very cryptic banner which boldly read "DEATH PENALTY IS THE ONLY SOLUTION 4 TRUSTED OFFICIAL THIEVES IN NIGERIA"...Guess the driver wanted the "official thieves" who are mostly based in the FCT to see it.
