Meanwhile, at least 44 people were killed after twin blasts rocked Jos city in central Nigeria on Sunday night, officials and eyewitnesses say. The first attack targeted a crowded mosque and the second happened at a popular restaurant. Another blast near the university targeted people breaking their fast in a popular restaurant, killing 23 people.
