John Collings was born on November 8th in Warri, Delta State, the south south of Nigeria. He actually acquired the name patanman from friends and collegue because of his unique styles.Patanman music is a fussion of ragga dance hall. He grew up around musicians in his church choir and he was a church drummer since the age of 15. His professional passion and love for music started at a tender age. Aside being a musician, Patanman is the CEO of John Collings Hair Studio located at Toyin Street, Ikeja. His currently working on his album and video which would be out soon.
